When moving to a new country, we look at the client's cultural background in relation to the new country (Sweden or abroad). We define where there are cultural gaps, followed by measures and strategies to bridge the differences.

Course structure:
What is culture? Culture differences between Sweden and other countries including:

• Management style/decision making/meetings/view of performance
• Hierarchical structure
• Emphasis on the group vs the individual
• Expectations of a how a manager should be
• Expectations of how a co-worker should be

Programme content:
The programme content is adapted to personal interests and includes a list of 25 specific areas, such as sports, politics, industry, healthcare, school system etc.
