Moving abroad and operating in a new culture causes change at many levels. It provides an excellent opportunity for starting new routines and exploring new areas in life. It gives a chance to define what an ideal life would look like - both at work and outside it. Defining this helps  to settle and thrive in the new environment.

The program involves:

• Defining inner aspirations, dreams and hopes, what gives and takes energy, what motivates
• Examining various fields in life, such as health, finance, education, family and friends, spiritual growth and hobbies. We compare where you are today and where you wish to be
• Choosing tools and techniques to achieve those aspirations
• Create an action plan for kick-starting new habits and routines
