Welcome to Sweden

Working life is different between every country and, for those employees moving to Sweden, a 'heads-up' in business practice can be a huge help in getting settled and under way in a new role.

Welcome to Sweden is a one-day course that provides newcomers to Sweden with a guide for working and living in Sweden.

Course content:
The participant will:
  • Know to act in business and social settings
  • Get tools to handle unfamiliar situations
  • Be able to 'decode' communication and understand what is not said explicitly

This gives the participant:
  • Cultural competence - the ability to bridge different cultural ways from your own culture into Swedish
  • Increased effectiveness - adapting and adjusting to the new culture
  • Increased confidence in both business and private life
